Our local home improvement company has joined forces with the most recognized and admired Home Improvement Retailer in the nation. Together, we drive sales for premium Cabinet Refacing and Custom Closet Organization programs across the Panhandle—and we are continuing to grow.
We currently have an immediate opening for a Part-Time In-Store Promoter in our territory spanning Mobile to Panama City Beach. If you are a highly motivated lead generator ready for a real career path with strong income potential, we want to hear from you.

- Previous lead generation or promotions experience preferred.
- Schedule Requirement: Ability to work at least 2 Saturdays per month.
- Direct, face-to-face interaction with customers browsing in-store
- Delivering brief, engaging presentations on our premium custom closet and cabinet refacing programs
- Capturing qualified customer interest and obtaining contact information
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Required), College Degree (Preferred)
- Transportation: Must own a reliable personal vehicle and possess a clean driving record
- Travel: Willingness to travel 100% within your local retail store territory (Mobile to Panama City Beach area)
- Background Check: Must be able to pass a standard background check and drug test
- Job Type: Part-Time

- Compensation: Hourly rate depends on experience, plus a performance commission.
