DESCRIPTION
Ian B. Connor, music and television casting producer and multidisciplinary theatre artist whose work includes discovering youth talent for shows like American Idol, Star Search, America’s Got Talent, Building the Band, Become a Pop Star (MTV), and more, is now casting teen pop singers ages 16–19 for an exciting new project in collaboration with a major record label and television network.
Our office is looking for high-school-aged pop, rock, and/or R&B vocalists with personality, stage presence, and star potential who could be a great fit for a boy band or girl group. Think One Direction, KATSEYE, Jonas Brothers, Destiny’s Child, or Backstreet Boys.
Production Details:
TBD. Dates and additional information will be shared with applicants who are invited to audition following the initial pre-screen. Travel, housing, and schooling provided as required by law, including at least one parent chaperone.
Requirements:
Applicants must be U.S. citizens and 16–19 years old. 15-year-olds may also be considered if they will turn 16 on or before October 28, 2026.
