Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers by phone, text, and email
- Schedule jobs and coordinate daily operations
- Perform estimates and discuss services/pricing
- Manage invoicing, collections, and customer records
- Maintain schedules and support field crews
- Assist with marketing, follow-up, and customer retention
- Help improve office processes and keep operations running smoothly
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organization and multitasking ability
- Comfortable learning software and systems
- Ability to solve problems independently
- Experience in office administration, customer service, scheduling, or operations preferred
Details
- Full-time, in-office position
- Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm
- Matching retirement
- 96 hours accrued PTO (4 hours per pay period), 6 paid holidays

Salary : $48,000 - $56,000
