JOB SUMMARYThe Pulmonology/CPAP Clinic Coordinator works closely with the Director of Pulmonology to develop, coordinate and maintain efficient processes for the Pulmonology/CPAP Clinic. The coordinator will aggregate patient care information through multiple tech portal to establish an appropriate plan of care. The Pulmonology/CPAP Clinic Coordinator will review ALL Durable Medical Equipment (DME) approvals and denials to ensure patient has the most appropriate equipment for treatment. The coordinator works closely with the Pulmonologists to ensure documentation meets clinical necessity. The coordinator will also be a resource for the medical assistants in the office. The coordinator must be highly organized and able to teach and lead others. Must be able to facilitate high quality customer service to physicians, staff and all internal and external customers.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
