Environmental Services Tech
Job Summary:
This is a on-site EVS Tech role located in Shelbyville, IN. The EVS Tech will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks related to environmental services and ensuring a clean and safe hospital environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a clean and sanitized facility
- Adhering to infection control protocols
- Properly manage waste disposal, including biohazardous materials and general waste
Qualifications:
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Time Management
- Basic computer skills for logging and tracking tasks
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move objects
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- May be required to provide a Driver’s License and Proof of Auto Insurance (if applicable)
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
