RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coffee Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, ensuring each drink meets our quality standards.
- Polishing and Maintenance: During downtime, assist with polishing glassware and cutlery, as well as keeping the coffee station tidy.
- Running Tickets: Deliver beverages to tables during lunch service efficiently and accurately, supporting the front-of-house team. Dinner service coffees will be made, and a runner will be requested to deliver the coffee beverages.
- Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy lunch periods.
- Inventory Support: Help monitor coffee supplies and equipment, reporting any issues to the manager on duty.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Professional, articulate, friendly, and punctual.
- Possesses and exhibits the drive to provide exceptional service.
- Must be able to stand/walk for 8 hours; bend, push, pull; lift 30 lbs.
- Team-orientated and positive attitude
- Proficient in computer skills including POS systems, Word and Excel.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in high volume and fine dining restaurants preferred but not required
