What are the responsibilities and job description for the Host position at Major Food Brand?
POSITION DETAILS:
MFG is hiring an experienced Host/ess with a strong work ethic to help set and maintain the highest standards of cuisine and professionalism.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet all guests as they enter the restaurant
- Seat customers according to the established plan
- Keep front desk and waiting area clean
- Ensure menus and other items remain stocked
- Refill paper products in bathrooms, as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years experience working in a fast-paced, upscale restaurant preferred
- Keen attention to detail in order to track guest reservations
- Excellent customer service skills
- Follow appropriate food safety guidelines
- Able to work a variety of shifts
- Able to stand for long periods of time
