Duties:
- Assist individuals with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs as required
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behaviors
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
- Support individuals in participating in recreational activities and community outings
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for individuals
- Lift and transfer individuals as needed
Skills:
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, dementia, or in senior care settings
- Knowledge of ADLs and ability to provide assistance accordingly
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques
- Ability to lift and transfer individuals safely
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with individuals, their families, and other team members
- Compassion, patience, and empathy towards individuals with diverse needs

Requirements:
