A Day in the Life

You start the morning by reviewing the production plan with the Quality Control (QC) Manager, then head to the floor to set the pace for the shift. Packaging Associates look to you for direction—you stage bins in the proper order for bagging or jarring, confirm product counts and weights, and make sure every label, form, and signature is exactly where it needs to be. Throughout the day you keep the packaging area safe and spotless, coach the team, and verify machines are humming smoothly. By day’s end, you’ve met production goals, maintained flawless paperwork, and safeguarded the quality our customers trust.
