About the Role
The EDI Coordinator will manage all Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) workflows to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant exchange of order, shipping, and invoicing information with retail partners and 3PL warehouses. This role is critical to keeping our apparel supply chain moving efficiently and preventing retailer chargebacks.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and monitor all daily EDI transactions including POs, PO changes, ASNs, and invoices.
- Ensure all shipments meet retailer compliance standards, including accuracy of ASNs, UCC-128 labels, pack lists, and carton data.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mapping errors, rejections, and integration issues with ERP and warehouse systems.
- Manage onboarding and testing for new EDI trading partners and drop-ship programs.
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Planning, Production, and Warehouse teams to ensure orders flow smoothly from receipt to shipment.
- Review retailer routing guides and update internal processes to prevent compliance-related chargebacks.
- Maintain accurate EDI mapping, partner profiles, and documentation.
- Generate and analyze reports on EDI performance, errors, and opportunities for optimization.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of EDI experience in apparel, fashion, retail, or consumer goods.
- Strong knowledge of common apparel EDI transactions (850, 856, 810, 860).
- Experience with EDI platforms such as SPS Commerce, TrueCommerce, DiCentral, or similar.
- Familiarity with apparel ERP systems like BlueCherry, NetSuite, SAP AFS, A2000, or Full Circle.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple retailer deadlines and work cross-functionally.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
- Knowledge of retailer compliance programs and chargeback prevention.
- Understanding of apparel-specific data such as UPCs, size runs, prepacks, and seasonal SKU structures.
Salary Disclosure:
Majesty Brands is committed to offering a compensation package that reflects the qualifications and experience of the individual. The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience. While the posted salary range is $60,000-$75,000 we recognize the value of exceptional talent and are open to negotiation for the right candidate.
