Loss Prevention Officer (Full-Time) - South Bend, IN

Majestic Security is currently hiring a Full-Time, skilled loss prevention officer, at a retail building supply store in South Bend, Indiana.

Starting Pay: $21.00/hr

As a Loss Prevention Officer in South Bend, you will be essential in safeguarding company assets and minimizing theft through effective surveillance and loss prevention strategies. Reporting to the Security Manager, you will utilize your core skills in CCTV and loss prevention, alongside premium skills in law enforcement and criminal investigation, to monitor activities and investigate incidents. Your relevant skills in report writing, conflict management, and security will enable you to document findings and collaborate with law enforcement when necessary. Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze CCTV footage to identify suspicious activities and prevent theft.
• Conduct regular surveillance of designated areas to deter loss and ensure safety.
• Write detailed reports on incidents and investigations for record-keeping and legal purposes.
• Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to address criminal activities.
• Manage conflicts effectively, ensuring a secure environment for customers and staff.
• Maintain security protocols and assist in training new team members on loss prevention strategies.

Indiana's premiere contract guard service is looking for a full time (40 hours/week) Loss Prevention Security Officer at a South Bend building supply store. Compensation will be 21.00/hr to start. Weekends and some Holidays are required!
