HOUSEKEEPER - Full-time / Part-time, Flexible Schedule
Essential Job Functions:
- Clean assigned resident apartments and common areas according to community procedures
- Keep housekeeping carts and supply rooms clean and orderly
- Understand proper use of community equipment/chemicals
- Submit maintenance work orders of general maintenance concerns and/or problems to Maintenance Director or Executive Director
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Positive attitude with ability to work in a team environment
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail skills
- Must be able to climb, bend, lift, stoop, kneel, crawl, push, reach and carry, stand for extended periods of time.
- Able to read, write, and speak English
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
