As a Front Office Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of that experience, welcoming guests with warmth, handling their needs with care, and supporting the Resort Manager in keeping daily operations running smoothly.
This role blends hospitality, organization, and guest service excellence, making every day a little different and always rewarding.
What You’ll Do
- Be the Voice & Face of the Resort: Answer phones and emails with professionalism, guide inquiries, and ensure guests feel heard and valued.
- Deliver a Warm Welcome: Greet every guest with a smile, handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, and share insider knowledge of the resort.
- Manage Reservations with Precision: Process bookings, update availability in our system, and send confirmations so guests arrive worry-free.
- Solve Problems, Create Smiles: Address concerns with patience and professionalism, coordinating with the team to turn challenges into positive experiences.
- Keep Us Organized: Process payments, issue receipts, maintain accurate records, and handle light clerical work to support smooth operations.
- Support the Guest Experience Beyond the Desk: Monitor after-hours arrivals, keep the front desk stocked and inviting, and highlight on-site amenities and events that make our resort special.
