Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and routing calls appropriately
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly, ensuring their needs are met with a positive attitude
- Maintain accurate records of guest reservations, cancellations, and billing details using hotel management software
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options to enhance guest experiences
- Conduct night audits when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette and guest relations standards to foster a welcoming environment at all times
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is highly preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a significant advantage for communicating with diverse guests
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is desirable
- Knowledge of resort operations or hospitality management enhances your ability to excel in this role
- Experience in guest services and/or hotel experience.
