Role Description
This is a full-time position for a Kitchen & Bath Designer at Majestic Kitchens & Bath. The Designer will work directly with clients to understand their needs, develop detailed layouts, and present professional design plans using the 20/20 Design platform.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Conducting client consultations in the showroom
- Creating and updating floor plans, renderings, and design proposals in 20/20 Design
- Selecting cabinetry, materials, fixtures, and hardware based on client preferences
- Preparing quotes, specifications, and project documentation
- Coordinating with vendors, contractors, and installers to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
- Managing project timelines and maintaining consistent communication with clients throughout the design and installation process
- The Designer will play a key role in ensuring a smooth, positive client experience while supporting the overall sales and project workflow.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in the 20/20 Design platform is required
- 2 years of experience in kitchen and/or bath design preferred
- Strong understanding of cabinetry, materials, fixtures, and renovation processes
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience working in a showroom setting is a plus
