What You’ll Do
As a Saw Operator, you’ll play a key role in our production process by:
- Operating and maintaining BACA saw machines
- Loading and unloading materials safely and efficiently
- Setting up jobs, including tooling and program selection
- Inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards
- Working closely with your team to meet production goals
- Performing basic preventative maintenance on equipment
What We’re Looking For
- Must be at least 18 years old
- No experience required—we’ll train you
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive, problem-solving mindset
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
Physical & Work Environment
- This is an active, hands-on role that includes:
- Standing, bending, and moving throughout your shift
- Lifting up to 30 lbs regularly (up to 75 lbs occasionally)
- Working in a production environment with noise, dust, and varying temperatures
- Using equipment such as vacuum lifts and wearing required safety gear
