Similar to a journeyman carpenter, we consider a Junior Carpenter someone who has progressed beyond the apprentice level and is building their time in the industry. Junior Carpenters typically have 4–6 years of remodeling experience and are focusing on specific areas to develop precision and consistency in their craft.
