Duties

- Communicate clearly with patients regarding treatment plans, appointment details, and follow-up instructions.
- Maintain precise and organized patient records, updating medical histories and contact information regularly.
- Support medical staff by preparing examination rooms, managing patient flow, and handling administrative tasks.
- Facilitate effective communication between patients and healthcare providers to ensure all questions are addressed promptly.
Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a medical or dental office setting is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures to assist in accurate documentation and communication.
- Proven ability to provide excellent medical administrative support with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Office experience demonstrating proficiency with scheduling systems, electronic health records (EHR), and general administrative tools.
- Experience in a hearing care office environment is a plus but not required.
