We are looking for dedicated Floating Caregivers to join our team—flexible, compassionate professionals who are ready to provide care to multiple clients throughout the East and Central Valley (Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Phoenix, Tempe, Glendale, and surrounding areas).
What You’ll Do
As a Floating Caregiver, you’ll provide direct support across different homes and care settings. Your day may include:
- Following individualized care plans to ensure safe, compassionate care
- Assisting with daily activities (personal hygiene, dressing, mobility, meals)
- Providing medication reminders and light health monitoring (e.g., BP, temperature)
- Preparing meals and encouraging healthy routines
- Offering companionship and engaging clients in favorite activities and hobbies
- Supporting clients and families emotionally with patience and dignity
- Helping with errands, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments
- Observing and reporting any changes in health, mood, or behavior to supervisors
- Maintaining accurate visit notes and records
- Collaborating with care teams and community resources

Qualifications
- Reliable transportation to travel between client homes
- Ability to safely assist with mobility and transfers (lift/carry up to 30 lbs, occasional client support up to 200 lbs with assistance)
- TB test, CPR & First Aid certification, Fingerprint Clearance Card
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills
- Basic knowledge of personal care, meal preparation, and household support
- Commitment to respecting and maintaining client confidentiality
