Your Role:
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Representative position based in our Boston office. You’ll be part of a growing team focused on new business development, client relationship management, and strategic sales in the tech staffing space.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Prospect, engage, and build relationships with decision-makers at companies across the U.S.
- Understand client hiring needs and collaborate with our recruiting team to deliver top-tier candidates
- Manage the full sales cycle – from cold outreach to closing deals and maintaining client accounts
- Track activity and performance against weekly and monthly goals
- Represent Maitsys’ brand and solutions with professionalism, creativity, and drive
What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for sales, business development, and building relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Resilience and drive to hit and exceed targets
- Previous experience in sales, staffing, or recruiting is preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
