This is a full-time, on-site Client Advisor position based in Costa Mesa, CA. The Client Advisor will serve as a brand ambassador for Maison Margiela, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities include assisting clients during their shopping experience, cultivating long-term relationships, and aligning customer needs with the Maison’s offerings. The role demands adherence to brand standards, contributing to sales goals, and demonstrating in-depth product knowledge to guide clients through their journey.

Qualifications
- Experience in Client Relations and a proven ability to build lasting customer relationships
- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure a seamless and exemplary shopping experience
- Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and active listening abilities
- Familiarity with basic Insurance processes related to high-value transactions is an asset
- Passion for fashion and an understanding of Maison Margiela's vision and collections
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet sales targets
- Previous experience in luxury retail or a customer-facing role is preferred
