Job description

The majority of which being in the Rochester area, but some outliers such as Greece, Gates, Churchville, Irondequoit, Webster, East Rochester, and Canandaigua.
Qualifications
- Must have a smartphone compatible with the TSheets app
- Must have a valid driver’s license and form of personal transportation
- You must have your own tools to complete basic carpentry, electrical, and plumbing tasks
- Must be skilled with hand and power tools
- Need to work well with others, and independently
- Personable, trustworthy, and willing to perform any task necessary
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Ability to stand/walk/be active through the workday
Primary Duties
- Perform a variety of maintenance and turnover tasks such as repairing leaks, basic electrical, replacing of fixtures, toilets, water heaters, etc.., drywall work, painting, installation of vinyl flooring, and other duties as assigned
- Follow instructions and report to the supervisor (issues on the job, sick, etc.)
- Clean and maintain common areas (hallways, laundry rooms, etc.), as required
- Mow lawn/shovel walkways as required
- Observe and report the condition of apartments/buildings and any unusual circumstances (leaks, housekeeping, safety/compliance issues)
- Assist with maintaining inventory of needed supplies & material between projects
