This isn't a "get the coffee" internship. We need a digital artisan who can take the lead, experiment with AI-driven workflows, and produce captivating video content that maintains our high-luxury brand standards.

Responsibilities
- Plan, film, and edit high-quality video content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and advertisements
- Assist in developing video concepts, storyboards, and shot lists aligned with marketing goals
- Capture behind-the-scenes, product, event, and promotional footage
- Edit videos using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar)
- Optimize video content for various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Integrate AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Sora, or ElevenLabs) to enhance visuals, generate b-roll, or streamline the editing process
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to maintain brand consistency
- Manage and organize video assets, raw footage, and project files
- Stay up to date with video, social media, and content marketing trends
Additional Responsibilities
We are a luxury brand in the events industry, and because our work centers around events, all employees are expected to actively participate in event execution, including on-site support. This role requires flexibility, with availability for nights and weekends as needed to meet the demands of our event schedule.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of events, providing on-site support as needed.
- Communicate effectively with event teams, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Drive company vehicles to transport rental items to and from events (must have valid driver’s license).
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Occasional travel to destination events.
Qualifications
- Experience filming and editing video content for social media or digital marketing
- Expertise in CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or After Effects, alongside your favorite AI creative suite
- Familiarity with social media platforms, content formats, and performance metrics
- Strong storytelling, visual composition, and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record for event transportation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and be flexible with hours based on event schedules.
- Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to take on a variety of tasks.
