Overview
Maison D'Alexandre LLC is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. Initially we seek a part time employee with the potential for a full time schedule. The ideal candidate for this position will be an experienced professional, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. We offer retail commissions and employee discounts on services and retail purchases to all part time employees and full benefits including medical/vision/dental to full time employees.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing above and beyond customer service.
- Answer and manage phone calls promptly
- Manage email correspondence and respond to inquiries
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Process payments and invoices accurately
-provide support on social media campaigns
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Coordinator with a minimum of one year experience
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with Scheduling and POS Software.
- Previous experience as a salon or spa Front Desk Coordinator is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional time management skills and ability to handle multiple phone lines.
- Professional phone etiquette and customer-oriented approach.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
