Looking for a Service Desk Analyst to support retail stores with user setup, seasonal employee onboarding, password resets, and basic Windows troubleshooting. This role requires someone who’s friendly, patient, and quick on their feet, with strong customer service skills and a willingness to learn. Great fit for someone who’s trainable, reliable, and enjoys solving problems for end users. This position is onsite in Portland, OR.
- Support retail staff with account creation, password resets, and basic Windows issues
- Handle walk-ups and tickets with great customer service and clear communication
- Troubleshoot first-line technical problems and escalate when needed
- Work onsite five days per week and collaborate closely with IT team members
- Ideal for someone with a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and solid problem-solving skills
