LeanIX Product Owner / Enterprise Architecture Platform Manager
We're looking for a highly strategic and hands-on LeanIX expert to own the vision, roadmap, configuration, and adoption of an enterprise architecture platform supporting a large healthcare organization. This role will begin primarily remote with occasional onsite meetings in Portland and transition to a hybrid schedule a few days per week when return-to-office plans begin in 2026.
This is not a traditional project management role. We're seeking someone who can operate as a product owner, platform strategist, administrator, and stakeholder champion while driving long-term value from LeanIX across technical and business teams.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Hands-on LeanIX expertise, including configuration, administration, meta-model design, fact sheet customization, integrations, automation, and platform optimization
- Demonstrated proficiency using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and generative AI solutions to improve productivity and business outcomes
- Experience designing persona-based user experiences for diverse audiences including executives, architects, engineers, and business stakeholders
- Executive-level communication skills with experience building and presenting business cases to senior leadership
- Proven product ownership experience managing roadmaps, backlogs, stakeholder requirements, and prioritization
- Self-starter who produces polished, accurate work with minimal oversight
What You'll Be Doing
- Define and execute the LeanIX product roadmap aligned with enterprise technology strategy
- Own platform configuration, administration, integrations, reporting, dashboards, and user experience design
- Drive data governance and quality initiatives across enterprise architecture and application portfolio management processes
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve platform adoption
- Collaborate with enterprise architects, IT leaders, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and drive alignment
- Lead change management activities, adoption efforts, and executive-level communications
Nice to Have
- Healthcare industry experience
- Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) or Application Portfolio Management (APM) experience
- User-centered product management experience
- Experience with user research, usability testing, and adoption metrics
- Experience implementing automation across enterprise systems
