We are looking for experienced Commercial Plumbers to join our maintenance service technician team. At MaintenX, our customers rely on us to keep their business running, our service technicians are an integral part of ensuring that we meet and exceed this expectation. We are looking for an experienced CDL Driver to join our team. Commercial Driver's License (CDL)

drivers handle large vehicles such as trucks, usually for the purpose of moving equipment between

areas.We are searching for a cautious CDL driver to transport equipment to clients and offices. The CDL

driver should gather and pack products, drive these to clients, and then return to our base to

prepare for the next delivery. You should perform all duties within the confines of the law.

To ensure success as a CDL driver, you should pay close attention to the types and quantities of

stock being delivered to avoid company losses. An exceptional CDL driver will be able to drive in all

conditions, regardless of the time of day.

Job Responsibilities

Our We are looking for an experienced CDL Driver to join our team. Commercial Driver's License (CDL)

drivers handle large vehicles such as trucks, usually for the purpose of moving equipment between

areas.

• Communicating with customers upon arrival and completion of work, ensuring customer satisfaction with service
• Familiar with and ability to use smart phones and tablets for compiling job information
• Assemble and install valves and fittings
• Install, repair, and maintain sinks and toilets
• Install, repair, and maintain water heaters (gas and/or electric)
• Install, repair, and maintain water coolers/fountains
• Lift Station maintenance and repair knowledge is a plus
• Light general carpentry preferred (painting, flooring, drywall finishing, door hardware installation, ETC.)
• Light electrical skills preferred (Changing lights, replacing outlets, switches, ETC.)
• Valid CDL Class B (with tanker endorsement preferred)
• Knowledge of pipeline cleaning procedures and environmental regulations
• Ability to work in confined spaces and around active roadways
  
  

Successful candidates for the role of CDL Driver Vac Truck/Pump truck driver are highly motivated, skilled maintenance technicians who are able to solve problems on site. Our Plumbing Service Technicians have vast knowledge and skills and go above and beyond in providing a high level of customer service to our customers.

Additional Requirements Of The Plumbing Service Technician Include

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3 – 5 years’ experience in servicing, maintaining and installation of commercial plumbing systems
• Master Plumber or Journeyman Plumber preferred
• 1-2 years’ experience in light general carpentry and light electrical
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen and DMV check
• Ability to work on-call and overtime hours as needed – we are a 24/7 maintenance facility
• Ability to use a Cable Machine (like a Rigid K-60)
• Ability to use basic hand tools/power tools to perform general repair work (screwdriver, wrench, etc.)

Compensation Base: $20-30 hourly based on experience
