Maintenance & Reliability Manager for a Nationally Recognized Manufacturing Company
Location: North Andover, MA
Pay: $140-$160K plus 5% bonus
Shift: 1st shift (8am-5pm) Monday-Friday
- Job Qualifications:3 years of management & reliability experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience leading teams of 10–20 employees, including salaried personnel
- Background in electrical, mechanical and PLC maintenance experience
- Knowledge of reliability mythologies (RCM, TPM, RCA, FMEA)
- Able to increase overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce unplanned downtime
- Familiarity with CMMS systems
- Experience managing maintenance budgets
- Degree or relevant experience
- Food or beverage industry experience is preferred
