What are the responsibilities and job description for the Porter /Custodian - Per Diem position at LP Maintenance LLC?

We are currently seeking Porters to fill various shifts on a Per Diem basis, for various buildings located in Manhattan and Brooklyn.
General duties include but not limited to:
In addition to the above, from time to time there will be special projects requiring porter services.

- Flexible schedule
We are currently seeking Porters to fill various shifts on a Per Diem basis, for various buildings located in Manhattan and Brooklyn.
General duties include but not limited to:
- Dust, clean high touch surfaces, windows, mirrors, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum all common areas in the building and residential floors.
- Pick up debris and clean up grounds along the perimeter of the building.
- Respond to cleaning issues within the building.
- Restock restrooms and amenities as needed.
- Trash removal from the trash room and compactor rooms
In addition to the above, from time to time there will be special projects requiring porter services.
Punctuality and being a team player are essential to success within our company. In addition, the Ideal Candidates will be able to meet these Requirements:
- Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
- Must be reliable and professional.
- 1-2 years custodial or porter experience preferred but not necessary.
- Able to lift 25 pounds.
- Good Interpersonal and great verbal communication skills to interact with other teammates, residents, and property management.
- Prior experience working in high end residential /luxury properties preferred but not necessary
