What are the responsibilities and job description for the HVAC Maintenance Specialist position at Maintenance Office?
Bensalem Township School District is hiring a HVAC Maintenance Specialist. The goal of this position is to support the District’s infrastructure by performing skilled work in the maintenance, repair and inspection of HVAC equipment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial/industrial/institutional HVAC installation, maintenance, service, and repair.
- Working knowledge of Direct Digital Control Systems
- Experience with the following equipment: Delta, Corel, Petra, Carrier, Metasys, Reliable, Airedale, Climate Master, McQuay, Aaon, Xeotec, Annexair, Lenox, Greenheck, Floridian, BAC, Cleaver Brooks, Lochinvar.
- Working knowledge of chillers, water towers and boilers
- Experience with soldering, duct work repair/manufacturing and
- Formal training and trade school
- EPA Refrigerant Certification
- Valid Driver’s License
Hours:
- School Year- 9:00 a.m.- 5:30p.m.
- Summer- 6:00 a.m. -4:40 p.m.
