Job Overview
I am seeking property maintenance. Ideally someone with maintenance experience & a strong work ethic. This is for someone seeking a long-term position. You should have experience with paint & caulk, and have overall understanding of maintenance. Dependable transportation. This is a 1099 position, paid weekly. Meaning you would be an independent contractor. Generally working 5-7 hour shifts (10am-4pm), approximately 4-5 days per week. Attention to detail is a must, and being on time & consistant is a must. Daily tasks include, but not limited to: painting, trash removal, mopping, vacuum common areas, clean elevators, window cleaning, cut grass, and etc. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude, and a diverse skill set in facilities maintenance. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities & to provide a safe and efficient environment for all.
Responsibilities
- Paint interior spaces
- Caulk smoothly
- Clean common areas inside building and exterior, including parking lot. Vacuum hallways and keep glass clean.
- Remove trash from property daily.
- General property maintenance
Qualifications
- Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in facilities maintenance.
- Ability to think problems through & communicate effectively
- Attention to detail, and the ability to manage time correctly.
- Experience in residential painting techniques is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on communication and problem-solving.
