What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance HVAC-Tech III position at Maintenance Department?
Required:
- Any combination equivalent to: high school diploma or G.E.D. certificate
- Journeyman license
- Valid Kentucky driver's license
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more
- Must be able to climb ladders
- Must be able to complete all other duties as assigned
Preferred:
- Basic computer skills
- Appropriate health and safety precautions and procedures
