What are the responsibilities and job description for the Late Afternoon General Cleaning Position position at Maintenance and Management Associates?
- Hours are 4:30 pm to 9:00 pm M-F.
- Cleaning general offices and medical facility.
- Perform various floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping and vacuuming.
- General cleaning: trash removal, high and low dusting, and cleaning numerous restrooms.
- Follow health and safety standards and safety procedures per OSHA, Maintenance and Management Associates’s safety procedures and policies
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
- Experience in industrial floor care or general cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in cleaning, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, scrubbing, etc. is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to handle physical workloads (lifting heavy objects, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs., standing for long periods of time, etc.)
- Training offered some knowledge preferred.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $16.50 per hour
