General Cleaning Position Weekends
Maintenance and Management Associates is a cleaning company in Buffalo, NY and is seeking a general cleaner to join the team. The company is currently seeking an applicant for a weekend cleaner from 8:00 am -12:00 pm. Saturdays and Sundays.
Responsibilities vary based off job but could include:
- Perform various floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning ceiling vents, etc.
- Cleaning bathrooms, conference rooms, stairwells and lounge areas
- General cleaning: trash removal, high and low dusting, restroom cleaning.
- Follow health and safety standards and safety procedures per OSHA, Maintenance and Management Associates’s safety procedures and policies
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
Experience
- Experience in general cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in cleaning, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, scrubbing, etc. is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team as appropriate for the job.
- Ability to handle physical workloads (lifting heavy objects, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs., standing for long periods of time, etc.)
- Training offered some knowledge preferred.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
