We're growing, and we're looking for a Hardscape Installer who's ready to build something they're proud of.

The Work

This is hands-on, skilled outdoor work with real variety every day:

• Operating excavators and skid steers
• Building patios, retaining walls, and outdoor kitchens
• Working from design plans to bring a project to life

We've Invested in Equipment Nobody Else Has

Hardscape work has a reputation for being brutally physical — and at most companies, it is. We've invested in specialized vacuum lifting tools that take the punishing weight of pavers and wall blocks out of the equation, and our excavator is equipped with a tiltrotator that you won't find at other landscaping companies in this area. We've built a setup that lets our crew work smarter, move faster, and go home feeling better at the end of the day. If you appreciate having the right tools to do the job right, you'll love what we've put together.

What We're Looking For

Experience with equipment operation is preferred, and experience in hardscaping is a plus. But we'll train the right person. What we can't teach is attitude and work ethic — that has to come from you.

• Experience operating a skid steer or excavator
• Comfortable reading and using measuring tools
• Takes pride in the details
• Wants to grow — in skill, in craft, and as a leader

A valid driver's license is required. A CDL is preferred but not required.

• $22–$28/hr depending on experience
