  • Follow Specifications: Read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure products meet customer requirements.
  • Maintain Safety: Follow established safety procedures, properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
  • Collaborate & Improve: Work closely with teammates, share knowledge, and identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and overall paint processes.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in industrial painting, automotive painting, equipment painting, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with spray painting equipment, surface preparation, and paint application techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to recognize paint defects and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
  • Basic understanding of paint mixing, application techniques, and finishing processes preferred.
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and technical drawings.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and painting equipment.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
  • Dependable, motivated, and willing to learn new skills and processes.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent hands-on experience will be considered.

  • Has a Strong Work Ethic: Stays productive, takes initiative, and is committed to meeting production goals.
  • Works Well With Others: Communicates effectively, supports teammates, and contributes to a positive work environment.
  • Wants to Improve: Is open to feedback, eager to develop new skills, and looks for better ways to get the job done.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently bend, reach, crouch, kneel, and work in various positions.
  • Ability to operate spray painting equipment while maintaining repetitive hand movements and extended arm positions.
