About the Role

As a Staging Designer with Main Street Staging & Design, you will lead the creative direction of staging projects while also playing an active role in growing business within your market. In addition to designing and staging homes, this role includes building relationships, identifying opportunities, and confidently asking for the sale to help convert leads into booked staging projects.

This is a commission-only, independent contractor position with strong earning potential and no upfront investment required.

• 25% commission on the initial staging booking

(Average commission: ~$875 per project)

• Commission applies to the initial staging term only

• No inventory costs, warehouse fees, or logistics expenses

• Ongoing rental revenue, inventory investment, and operations are handled by the company

Key Responsibilities

• Design and stage vacant homes using company's inventory

• Collaborate with sellers and real estate agents

• Actively pursue new opportunities and cultivate relationships with realtors and sellers

• Confidently present proposals and ask for the sale

• Help generate and convert leads into booked staging projects

• Oversee staging installations and removals

• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and attention to detail

• Represent the Main Street Staging & Design brand with excellence

Qualifications

• Background in home staging, interior design, or a related field

• Comfortable with sales conversations and asking for the business

• Energetic, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial in mindset

• Strong design instincts and understanding of buyer psychology

• Professional, reliable, and organized

• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines

• Local to or familiar with the Colorado Springs / Castle Rock market
