Role Description The Administrative Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Bloomfield Hills, MI, supporting day-to-day office operations and project teams. Responsibilities include managing phone calls, greeting visitors, and handling incoming and outgoing correspondence in a professional manner. The role coordinates schedules, meetings, and calendars, maintains organized digital and paper files, and prepares basic reports, forms, and documents. The Administrative Assistant supports executives and project managers with clerical tasks, data entry, and follow-up on action items, while ensuring the office environment remains orderly and well supplied. This position interacts regularly with clients, vendors, and team members, providing courteous communication and reliable administrative support.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage daily office tasks, scheduling, filing, and document preparation.
- Professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to handle calls, greet visitors, and interact with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and support for leadership.
- Social Media management.
- Event planning.
- A/P assistance.
