As an Automotive Technician at Mainstreet CDJR, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles while delivering high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced environment.
Currently offering $5,000 signing bonus for an experienced candidate. Diesel / transmission experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance
- Complete multipoint inspections and recommend needed services
- Follow manufacturer and dealership repair procedures
- Test-drive vehicles before and after repairs
- Accurately document work performed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Work collaboratively with advisors and fellow technicians
Qualifications
- Automotive technician experience (dealership experience preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Entry-level, mid-level, and experienced technicians encouraged to apply
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays (as applicable)
- Day shift
