We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimating and project management, with the ability to analyze project specifications and develop accurate cost estimates. This role is crucial in ensuring that our projects are completed within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
Duties
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and other documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of all estimating activities, including changes in scope or pricing adjustments.
- Excellent part time/night job for estimating prints and providing numbers to manangement
- Opportunity for bonus on all bids won
Experience
- Proven experience in construction estimating with a strong understanding of construction processes and methodologies.
- Familiarity with cost control measures and pricing strategies within the construction industry.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
