Responsibilities
Provide 21 billable hours per week
- Develop treatment, transition, and discharge plans with families and caseworkers.
- Address barriers to engagement and provide therapeutic interventions.. Participate in team meetings and document assessments and services accurately.
- Achieve and maintain PMTO certification, including video-taping sessions and integrating coaching feedback.
- Provide timely data reports and completion of session notes.
Education: Master’s in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
