Full-time Description
We are looking for a full-time Permanency Support Worker to join our team! If you have a High School Diploma (or equivalent), two years of experience working with children and families (preferred), and a valid driver’s license, we’ll teach you everything else!
A Day in the Life as a Permanency Support Worker
As a Permanency Support Worker, you will assist Permanency Case Managers and Supervisors within your unit. You’ll help transport families to visitation, observe and document visits, and file legal documents for your team. You may also assist in teaching parenting techniques during visitation and work alongside a dedicated team to plan, advocate, and access resources to improve family life.

We’re seeking compassionate and empathetic individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of families in crisis. You'll play a key role in helping families overcome barriers while navigating foster care, acting as an advocate and supporter for their success.
