Key Responsibilities
- Monitor court proceedings to ensure timely filing of reports and accurate staff participation
- Attend hearings and support staff preparation and testimony
- Track mandatory court reports and maintain hearing calendars
- Communicate concerns related to court participation and compliance
- Prepare detailed reports for legal counsel
- Maintain professional relationships with courts and attorneys
- Travel as required to attend hearings
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet agency underwriting standards
