Looking for someone who enjoys organization, working with vendors, and keeping purchases on track!
What you’ll do:
- Manage day-to-day purchasing and procurement needs
- Source vendors and help negotiate purchasing agreements
- Ensure orders are accurate, cost-effective, and delivered on time
- Verify products meet specifications and match invoices
- Enter purchasing data into the accounting system and assist with reports
- Follow agency policies and all local, state, and federal regulations
- Support teamwork, customer service, and culturally responsive practices
What you’ll need:
- High school diploma or GED (procurement experience preferred)
- Strong organization, communication, and basic math skills
- Comfortable using computers and financial systems
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel occasionally
