What does the job entail:
- Organize & coordinate daily schedules based on call priority & technician ability
- Monitor performance of Service Technicians
- Communicate with customers in a timely & effective manner
- Understand sales goals & hold team accountable
- Ensuring the right technician is scheduled on the right service
- Deliver call scripts with an authentic cadence; be clear, compelling and personable
- Maintain and update customer databases with complete and accurate information
Salary : $20 - $24
