- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression through friendly phone etiquette and professional client communication.
- Manage hotel reservations using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar hospitality reservation systems, updating guest information accurately.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently, demonstrating excellent customer service problem-solving skills to resolve issues promptly.
- Operate multi-line phone systems and maintain clear, courteous communication with guests and team members.
- Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing and financial records.
- Follow hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest safety during unforeseen incidents or emergencies.
- Assist with guest relations by providing local information, amenities details, and personalized service to enhance their stay.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively.
- Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or other hotel management software.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and problem-solving capabilities.
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to handle various situations confidently.
