Front Desk Representative
- Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Responsible team member of front desk staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Adhere to front desk job duties, policies, and procedures
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping
- Complete Franchise Company training as required
- Remove linen, terry from check-out rooms and ensure clean linens for housekeeping team
- Inspect rooms marked clean by the housekeeping department on a day-to-day basis
- Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure tasks are assigned appropriately to ensure the rooms and common areas are cleaned adequately
- Assist the manager in maintaining linen, terry, cleaning supply inventory
Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or custodial work preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Proficient in computer systems and software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Education:
- About 5 years of experience in hospitality or guest services
- Associate / Bachelors in Hospitality Management or equivalent
