What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Associate Second Shift 3-11 position at MainStay Suites - Grantville, PA?
MainStay Suites Front Desk Agents are required to:
- Make reservations in person and via phone calls
- Check-In & Check-Out guest
- Handle small maintenance concerns that may arise (tv issue, alarm clock)
- Assist guests with any needs (directions, towels, sheets, guest room supplies)
- Present yourself in a respectable and professional manner while behind the desk.
