Apprenticeship-style internship
Location: Plano, TX (In-Office)
Comp: Hourly base commission-heavy (uncapped)

This is an internship that runs like an apprenticeship. You’ll work in a modern office in Plano, get coached daily, and build real skill through real reps. You’ll make money while you learn how enterprise sales actually works: earning attention, starting conversations, booking qualified meetings, and communicating with serious buyers.
Mainstay Digital turns static product content into interactive 3D AR experiences that help manufacturers win complex deals. We don’t build “cool tech” for fun. We build sales and marketing advantages that help teams close.

This isn’t practice outreach. You’ll be engaging real companies and real decision-makers.
You’ll represent a company trusted by industry leaders like KUKA, Yaskawa Robotics, Samsung, and Boon Edam, and you’ll learn what it looks like to communicate at that level. You’ll build confidence fast because the stakes are real and the feedback is real.
Outbound that books real meetings
Run outreach into target accounts and book qualified discovery calls for leadership.
Multi-channel selling (how modern teams operate)
Phone, email, LinkedIn, and consistent follow-up. You’ll learn how to write, speak, and show up in a way that gets responses.
Sell with visuals, not slides
Lead with WebAR and 3D walkthroughs that make the value obvious in seconds. A six-figure product deserves better than a PDF.
Use the best tools and systems
You’ll learn modern outreach workflows, CRM discipline, and the operating rhythm real sales teams use.
In-office environment
Work near Tennyson Pkwy in Plano alongside the founding team. More coaching, faster learning, better momentum.

Real money potential
Hourly base plus uncapped commission tied to outcomes. If you produce meetings and pipeline, you can earn.
