Job Summary:
We’re looking for driven, self-motivated sales professionals to join our team as Senior Sales Executives. In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating new business through a mix of in-person outreach and virtual selling, building strong client relationships, and closing deals across our payment and payroll solutions.
This is a 1099, commission-based role offering full autonomy and uncapped earning potential. Success in this position comes from consistency in prospecting, strong relationship-building, and the ability to confidently close new business.
What Success Looks Like at Mainspring
- Prospect and engage new clients through in-person visits and virtual meetings
- Build and manage a strong pipeline using our CRM
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and local market outreach
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly production goals
- Stay informed on industry trends and product offerings
- Participate in weekly team meetings and coaching sessions
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of sales experience (B2B, B2C, or both)
- Proven ability to prospect, build pipeline, and close deals
- Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace and CRM systems
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Because we serve a diverse range of communities and businesses, bilingual or multilingual communication skills are a plus, but not required.

Compensation Structure:
This is a 1099 commission-based position featuring:
- Uncapped earning potential
- Upfront signing bonus per closed account
- Monthly residual payments
- President's Club opportunities
- Effective full-time sellers are exceeding $300K annually
Salary : $75,000 - $150,000
